The Commission Process

Brief

Every Commission's journey begins with understanding. Before I sketch a single line, I delve into what you are looking for by asking you to fill in a simple form. This ensures that your special artwork is unique and encompasses all the elements you are expecting.

Concept

When the brief is received I will draw on the insights gathered, crafting the concept for your one of a kind artwork. This phase is all about creativity through planning the composition, colour pallette and elements to include ready for your approval

Booking

Once the concept is agreed upon I will ask you to sign the contract agreeing to the concept and the schedule and you will be invoiced for a 50% non- refundable deposit. Once received the real magic of creating your artwork can begin.

Refinement

During the creation process I will communicate with you, providing two opportunities for changes. Based on your feedback I can fine-tune the details and make slight adjustments to ensure it aligns flawlessly with your vision.

Delivery

Once the artwork is finished, I will send you photos and an invoice for final payment. Once final payment is received your painting will be packaged and delivered for your enjoyment.
